In 2011, this Project evolves in two directions :

• Global light pollution evaluation for site, coupling Light detector technology to another methods : photography, photocell, etc... With specific missions around this evaluation : bats re-implementation protection, light noising, etc...

• Energy consumtion reduction : starting nearly with the same principle of french ANPCEN association "Villages Etoilés" (see : http://www.villesetvillagesetoiles.fr/), we select a region or village and study it's traffic lamps implementation and provide help to official adminstration to determines which optimization could be done.
